If you’re attending the party then everything you need to know is below. If you have any questions then please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!

Do parents need to stay? One adult must be present at all times for any children under the age of 3. Parents of guests 3 years and older are welcome to drop their child off and pick them back up at the end of the party, or parents can hang out in the party room!

We are located in the lower level of Memorial Hall on the Bethel College Campus. Our address is 300 E 27th St. North Newton, 67117 and Mem Hall is on the North side of the main cul de sac of the college entrance (opposite of the 1887 Cafe, formerly Mojos Coffee Shop). You can enter from either set of double doors to the right and left of the tall staircase, or through the elevator entrance to the west of the left entrance. Follow the signs posted down to our lobby! Birthday parties will be held in our Discovery room and dance studios.

Parking.  There is open parking in the main cul de sac entrance of the college, in the fine arts parking lot to the south of The 1887 Cafe, formerly Mojos, and across Main street in the Kauffman Museum parking lot.

Is there anything else I should know about the party? Children attending a dance party should wear clothing that is easy to move in. Children are more than welcome to wear dance clothes if they have them, but are not at all necessary! BCAPA will provide small water bottles for each child, and you are also welcome to bring a personal water bottle.
