Where is BCAPA? Watch this quick video for directions and parking!
We are located in the lower level of Memorial Hall on the Bethel College Campus. Our address is 300 E 27th St. North Newton, 67117 and Mem Hall is on the North side of the main cul de sac of the college entrance (opposite of the 1887 Cafe, formerly Mojos Coffee Shop). You can enter from either set of double doors to the right and left of the tall staircase. Follow the signs posted down to our lobby! There is also an elevator entrance to the west of the left entrance.
How do the custom invitations work? Our staff will design a custom birthday party invitation that will be emailed to you. You are free to print the invitations or send them to your guests digitally! The invitation will include a QR code for guests to RSVP so we can keep you updated on the guest list and send a reminder to them leading up to the party. Deluxe and Premium packages include themed invitations that will be tailored specifically to the theme you choose!
Can I bring my own food and drink to the party? Parents are more than welcome to bring their own treats, food and drinks to the party! Deluxe and Premium packages include juice and water for the children. For a truly stress free experience, choose our premium package and we’ll handle ordering and picking up custom, themed cupcakes for the kids so you can sit back and relax on your little one’s big day! No alcoholic beverages are permitted on campus.
Are parents responsible for set up or clean up? Not at all! Our goal is for you to enjoy the fun of the day without having to worry about setting up decorations or cleaning up the mess after the party. If you have specific decor, snacks, or drinks that you would like to bring along then you can arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of the party. Otherwise, show up at the party start time and let us handle the rest!
Do parents stay for the party? We ask that one adult be present at all times for the birthday child and for any children under the age of 3. For dance parties, parents of guests 3 years and older are welcome to drop their child off and pick them back up at the end of the party, or parents can hang out in the party room while kids are dancing! Kindermusik parties are interactive, and we ask that parents to stay for the duration of the party. The Kindermusik portion of the party will include activities that our instructor will guide you and your child through together. This is a fun music class designed specifically for babies and children, even infants!
