Spring Dance Concert Merchandise 2025
We’re excited to offer a variety of recital merchandise this year, including limited edition t-shirts, performance videos, flowers for your dancer, and themed charm bracelets!
All recital merchandise is completely optional, but purchasing these items is a great way to capture and preserve recital memories and celebrate your dancer’s hard work. Our packages offer convenience and a discount for those who want to take care of everything at once, while a la carte options allow you to choose what works best for your family.
Recital Packages, Bundle and Save!
Package 1 ($55): Video + Shirt
Package 2 ($75): Video + Shirt + Flowers + Keepsake Bracelet
Package 3: ($100) Package 2 + A 50 word message to your dancer in the recital program written by you!
Packages 2 and 3 must be ordered by May 3rd. Package 1 can be ordered all the way through recital weekend, but shirts won't arrive until after recital if order is placed after May 3rd. Families with multiple children will receive a $30 credit when ordering more than 1 recital package since the digital video link is the same for all orders. Contact us for the discount code if you plan to order packages for multiple children!

How to Order: Order online in Studio Director under the 2025 Recital Merchandise season tab. Payments can be made in studio director or in person with cash or checks made out to BCAPA. If paying with cash or check please note that the payment is for recital merchandise.
Professionally Recorded Videos
What better way to capture the memories of recital than with a professionally recorded video of your child’s dances? Dancers love rewatching old recital videos for years to come!
Recital Shirts
Spring Concert T shirts will be black and will feature our 2025 spring concert logo. After you order your shirt through studio director please complete the form below to tell us your size.
Order by May 3 to receive your shirt before recital!
Flowers
Order a bouquet of flowers in advance and pick them up on the day of recital to give to your dancer after they perform!
Charm Bracelet
This year we'll be selling Cassette Tape charms that go along with our theme of "BCAPA Rewind", and these will come with a complimentary adjustable bracelet! Dancers will have the opportunity to purchase the themed charm each year to add to their bracelet to serve as a memory of all their dance recitals.
Recital Pictures
Recital photos will be taken on Friday, May 9th, and Saturday, May 10th, in Krehbiel Auditorium. Professional dance photos are a beautiful way to celebrate your dancer’s progress from year to year and create lasting memories. Please plan to come on your designated picture day if your dancer is in recital so we can include them in the group photo! All photos are high-quality and delivered digitally!
Orders are due by May 3rd. Late orders will incur an additional $10 fee.
