Thank you for signing up for Free Dance Day at BCAPA!  Below is some helpful information for you to look over before this event.

Where is BCAPA?   Watch this quick video for directions and parking!

We are located in the lower level of Memorial Hall on the Bethel College Campus. Our address is 300 E 27th St. North Newton, 67117 and Mem Hall is on the North side of the main cul de sac of the college entrance (opposite of the 1887 Cafe, formerly Mojos Coffee Shop). You can enter from either set of double doors to the right and left of the tall staircase. Follow the signs posted down to our lobby! There is also an elevator entrance to the west of the left entrance.

Where do I park? The best places to park for Free Dance Day will be in the fine arts parking lot to the south of the 1887 cafe, across Main street in the Kauffman Museum parking lot, or in the Thresher Stadium parking lot. Please keep in mind that Free Dance Day takes place during Bethel’s Fall Fest, so be sure to arrive early so you can find a parking spot!

What to Wear. Any clothing that is easy to move in is perfect for these classes! This may look like leggings or athletic shorts with a t shirt or tank and socks can be worn in place of dance shoes if needed. We also recommend that dancers bring a water bottle to class!

Can Parents Watch the Classes?  You are always welcome to watch from the viewing windows of each studio! Each class will end with a short dance or demonstration and parents will be invited into the studio to watch during the last few minutes. Keep in mind that Kindermusik is a “grown up and me” style class, so if you’re registered for Kindermusik then at least 1 adult will be expected to stay and participate in this class with the child.
